Tips
Custom domains
You can access the dashboard using your own domain, if set.
In such scenario the URL would be:
This is particularly useful when you invite your clients to view chatbot conversation logs or add Refinements.
When accessing the dashboard using a custom domain:
- Unbranded sign in will be used with only magic link authentication available (no Google Auth).
- Magic links used for authentication will be without Chatwith branding.
- Chatwith logo won’t be displayed in the dashboard.
- Team members will not be added to Chatwith marketing emails.
Â
Your clients must use the app through your custom domain (eg. https://your.domain.com/sign-in) if you don’t want them to recognize the Chatwith brand.
Â
Multiple chatbots for one client
You can create multiple chatbots for one client and have it available in one dashboard. To accomplish this:
- Assign the same custom domain to both chatbots
- Add your client as team member (eg. guest) to both chatbots
- Share the custom domain with your client; after logging in, they will see both chatbots.
