In the Chatwith dashboard
Select your chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top, click on the Install chatbot section in the sidebar, then click on the Copy code button to copy your code snippet.
In Magento
To add custom code to the HTML
<head> in Magento:- 1. Navigate to Admin Panel > Content > Configuration.
- 2. Choose the store view you want the head tag to be changed on or select Global to change it on every store view.
- Find the HTML Head section and add your code in the Scripts and Style Sheets field.
- Press Save and optionally flush Magento cache to see the changes faster.
