Chatwith provides a set of features that make it easier to manage the knowledge sources of your chatbot. These features include adding new sources, bulk operations, options for manual/scheduled training based on website changes, and more.

Training

You can train your chatbot on a variety of sources, including websites, files and YouTube. Learn more about training, list of formats and common questions answered in this section.

Source list management

List of sources can grow very long, especially if you have a website with many pages. Chatwith has features in place to make list management easier:
  • Sorting by columns (eg. ascending by name)
  • Bulk operations: delete, train, change schedule
  • Filtering by search terms
  • Pagination

Auto Train

A website is rarely static. Content gets updated and new information is added all the time. You can use the Auto Train feature to make your chatbot update itself automatically. 
Simply select the pages and the preferred schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) and all the necessary training will run on autopilot.
The auto training is an automated job scheduled once a day around the same time the previous training was done. It may take up to 24h for your training schedule preferences to become active.
