What can be customized?

1. Name: Set a unique name for your chatbot to represent your company, brand and voice.

2. Message placeholder text: Modify the default text in the message input area to guide users.

3. Welcome message: Create a warm introduction for users when they initiate a chat.

4. Widget button
1. Icon: Choose an icon that aligns with your brand or the purpose of the chatbot.
2. Position: Button can be positioned in either bottom corner allowing for RTL layouts.
3. Auto-open: Chat popup can open automatically after a delay.
4. Bubble text: Enable a text bubble above the launcher icon to increase visitor interactions.
5. Bubble disappearance: Bubble above button can be set to never disappear or disappear in certain circumstances.

5. Chatbot logo: Upload your brand logo to make the chatbot distinctly yours.

6. Accent color: Adjust the color of chat bubbles, icons and other small details to match your brand palette.

7. Theme: Choose between a light or dark theme. If you wish to change the theme dynamically, you can do so with a simple code snippet modification.

8. Custom footer: Text area below message input can be edited to add your own branding, Privacy Policy link and more.

9. Conversation Starters: Over 75% of chatbot conversations start with a one of suggested messages. Add a few options to help ease your customers into conversation with your chatbot.

10. Lead form: Users can be greeted with a form asking for the name
